Key Principles of These Terms

Acceptance of Terms

Your agreement with bi111 and what it covers.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and bi111 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all products, services, content, and functionality available at bi111 (https://bi111.bet), including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games, and all associated account management features.

By creating a bi111 account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, launching a game, or otherwise interacting with the platform in any capacity, you confirm and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understood their content.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced within them, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You are accessing bi111 on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• All information you provide to bi111 during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not use the bi111 platform. Access to bi111 services is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms at all times.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Who is permitted to register and use bi111 services.

Access to bi111 is available to individual persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. bi111 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying compliance with these criteria at any time and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. bi111 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling.

Identity & Residency

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots, and automated systems may not hold player accounts.
• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document upon request during the KYC verification process.
• You must hold a valid Bangladeshi mobile number registered with Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk for SMS-based verification and two-factor authentication purposes.
• You must have a valid bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Bangladeshi bank account in your own name to facilitate compliant deposits and withdrawals.

One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bi111 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bi111 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonus balances, and withhold any winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts pending a full investigation.

Self-Excluded Players

Persons who have previously requested self-exclusion from bi111 or who are subject to a currently active exclusion period are not eligible to register a new account or access the platform by any means during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & Verification

How bi111 accounts are created and verified.

To access the full range of bi111 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to submit accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Process

bi111 operates a mandatory KYC verification process for all accounts. KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal, before certain deposit thresholds are reached, or at any time that bi111's compliance team deems it necessary. The KYC process requires submission of:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scanned copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, confirming your residential address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account in your name, confirming the payment method used for deposits.
• Source of Funds (where required): For accounts transacting above defined thresholds, bi111 may request documentation confirming the lawful source of funds used for gambling.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bi111 support will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. Prolonged non-compliance may result in account closure. bi111 is committed to protecting all players against fraud, money laundering, and identity theft — the KYC process is a critical component of that commitment.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bi111 account password and login credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. bi111 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify bi111 support immediately at [email protected] or via the 24/7 live chat facility.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

How money moves in and out of your bi111 BDT account.

All financial transactions on the bi111 platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). There is no internal currency conversion and no foreign exchange exposure for players. bi111 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; any transaction fees associated with mobile money services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are those of the respective payment provider and are disclosed during the payment flow.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are processed in real time — funds typically appear in your bi111 BDT balance within seconds of the mobile money confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect, subject to the processing schedule of the originating bank.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus any applicable transfer fees.
• bi111 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit before crediting the associated funds to your account balance.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible, in line with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed manually by the bi111 finance team and typically complete within one to four hours during BST business hours (9am–10pm, UTC+6).
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside BST business hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Accounts with pending KYC documentation will have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See the Bonuses & Promotions section for full details.

Anti-Money Laundering

bi111 operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. The platform monitors transactions for patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Where suspicious activity is detected, bi111 reserves the right to freeze the associated account, withhold pending transactions, and report the matter to the relevant authorities as required by law. Deposits may not be withdrawn without genuine gambling activity having taken place on the account.

Bonuses & Promotions

How bi111 bonuses work and what wagering conditions apply.

bi111 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your bi111 account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and time limit are specified in the individual promotion terms. If no specific terms are published for a promotion, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.

• Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer tables, table games with low house edge) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. Eligible game contributions are listed per promotion.
• If you attempt to withdraw real-money funds while a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain unfulfilled, bi111 will forfeit the bonus balance and any associated winnings before processing the withdrawal.
• Bonuses are issued for entertainment purposes and do not represent a guaranteed financial return.
• bi111 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation is detected.

Promotional Eligibility

Promotions at bi111 are available to eligible registered players who meet the criteria specified in the individual offer. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. bi111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The rules governing sportsbook bets, casino games, and all other wagering activity on bi111.

All betting and gaming activity on bi111 is subject to the general rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific, game-specific, or event-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between general rules and sport/game-specific rules, the more specific rule prevails.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. bi111 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other supported sports are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, etc.).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours, or declared void by the governing body, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned in full, unless specific sport rules state otherwise.
• Outright market bets (tournament winner, top batsman, top wicket-taker) remain valid for the duration of the tournament. If the tournament is cancelled entirely, all outright bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• bi111 reserves the right to correct any obvious errors in odds — including incorrectly priced markets resulting from data feed failures or human error — and to void bets placed at obviously erroneous prices.

Casino Games

• All casino games (slots, live tables, fishing games, keno) are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are governed by the studio's own certified game logic.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the game will resume from the point of disconnection when you reconnect. If the round cannot be recovered, the stake will be returned. bi111 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connection failures on the player's side.
• Jackpot prizes displayed on progressive jackpot slots are subject to the terms of the jackpot pool operated by the game studio. bi111 does not administer jackpot pools directly.
• The minimum and maximum stakes per game round are set by the studio and are displayed within the game interface before play commences.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe that a bet or game result has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with the bi111 support team within 30 days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period will not be investigated. bi111 will investigate the dispute with reference to the relevant game logs, official result data, and studio audit trails and will communicate its decision in writing within 10 business days.

Prohibited Conduct

Activities that are strictly forbidden on the bi111 platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent communication with bi111.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one player account on the bi111 platform, whether for personal use or to exploit bonuses and promotions.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, cashback promotions, or referral schemes through coordinated play, arbitrage, or any other method designed to extract value without genuine gambling intent.
• Money Laundering: Using the bi111 platform to deposit, transfer, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. bi111 will report suspected money laundering to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or any other multiplayer format — including sharing hole cards, pre-arranging outcomes, or chip-dumping.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the bi111 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile money provider against a valid bi111 transaction. Accounts subject to active chargeback claims will be suspended immediately pending resolution.
• Hacking & Interference: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the bi111 platform, its servers, game logic, or any connected system by any technical means.
• Underage Use: Allowing or facilitating access to the bi111 platform by any person under the age of 18, including by sharing account credentials.

bi111 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above activities will result in immediate enforcement action at bi111's sole discretion, which may include account closure without prior warning, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and recovery of any bonuses or promotional credits previously issued.

Account Closure & Suspension

When and how bi111 accounts can be closed or suspended, and how players can close their own accounts.

Closure by bi111

bi111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Grounds for closure or suspension include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraud or money laundering, prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, and irreconcilable account disputes.

Where an account is closed by bi111 for reasons other than a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the deposit payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure is the result of a confirmed breach, bi111 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and to apply any recoverable amounts against losses caused by the breach.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may close your bi111 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, you should withdraw any available real-money balance to your registered payment method. Once the account is closed, access to game history, transaction records, and other account data will no longer be available through the platform interface, though bi111 retains records in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem can request a self-exclusion period through the bi111 account settings or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, all login access is suspended and bi111 will take reasonable steps to prevent the player from opening a new account. These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through the bi111 internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
