Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

Closure by bi111

bi111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Grounds for closure or suspension include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraud or money laundering, prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, and irreconcilable account disputes.

Where an account is closed by bi111 for reasons other than a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the deposit payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure is the result of a confirmed breach, bi111 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and to apply any recoverable amounts against losses caused by the breach.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

Before closure, you should withdraw any available real-money balance to your registered payment method.
